For those of you who coach others, or yourselves, you might be interested in being able to track strength training metrics – I.e. volume, intensity, etc. I’ve previously shared some free resources that have such capability, but decided some people may be interested in creating their own.
This first YouTube video starts from scratch with a blank Google Sheet and by the end, a full day has been developed. It builds the foundation for future videos which will add to this ground work.
It’s a bit niche, but I hope those interested find it beneficial. Remember this ones setting the foundations for what’s to come.
